You would first need to add your repair to the cart using the menu on the home page. Once you've added as many repairs to your cart as you need, you can pay for them using any method of payment you like e.g. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX. We support most card providers.
Once paid for, you will receive an email with your order number. You will need to provide this order number inside the package with your device. Box up your device with the order number with it and ship it off to us at 91 Brighton Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6PS, United Kingdom. We recommend sending it tracked and insured. We will then repair you device within 2-4 days (1-2 if expedited)and ship it back next-day special delivery. You will be notified when we've received it as well as shipped it back.

Unfortunately, using FixMyHDMI will void any warranty you have with the manufacturer. I would highly recommend speaking with them before booking a repair with us as they may be able to resolve your issue free of charge. If not, please don't hesitate to book or contact us.

Repairs on a normal service will take approx. 2-4 working days.
Repairs on an expedited service will take approx. 1-2 working days.
Please note that these time-frames do not include shipping times. We will ship your device back out as a special delivery, tracked, insured and next day.
